On Thursday, September 15th, 2022, Merrimack Valley Housing Partnership will celebrate 35 years of making first-time home buying possible for more households in the Merrimack Valley!

This special event celebrates three important milestones:

• MVHP’s 35th anniversary of leadership in homebuyer education and its impact on homeownership for lower- and moderate-income households in Greater Lowell and beyond
• Jim Wilde’s retirement after 30 years of building MVHP’s work, reputation, and community of homeowners
• Cathy Mercado’s leadership as Executive Director and her vision for MVHP into the future

Hundreds of community members, businesses, and homeowners will gather to celebrate MVHP’s impact to date, and raise funds for our essential mission in the context of today’s evolving housing market.
