What are The Suffolk Residences?

Suffolk Place LLC has contracted with the Merrimack Valley Housing Partnership (MVHP) to undertake the Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing and Buyer Selection Plan described herein for the Suffolk Place Crossing Homeownership project located at 408 Suffolk St, Lowell, MA. The development consists of 33 new construction condominium homes made up of three (3) two bedroom and thirty (30) one bedroom units. Construction is projected to be complete by June of 2026.
