Below is the schedule for our 2026 classes. In-person sessions are held at 664 Merrimack Street, Lowell, MA, unless otherwise noted. Virtual classes are conducted via Zoom, and meeting links will be provided after registration and prior to the start of class. When registering for a class, we suggest using CHROME as your browser.

Project Genesis – First-Time Homebuyer Classes in English

All English FTHB classes are offered in-person or virtually.

  • We are located at: 664 Merrimack St, Lowell, MA.
  • Metered street parking is in effect from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Payments can be made at the parking kiosks on the street or through the Passport App.
