Multi-Family / Landlord Training Classes

This 4-hour course is excellent for anyone considering the purchase of a multi-unit property. We are offering these classes in two Zoom sessions. Each session is 2 hours. Each class starts at 6:00 p.m. and ends at 8:00 p.m.

The fee for the course is $100 per person and $180 for two people.

Reschedules We understand that schedules can change. While all class registration fees are non-refundable, we are happy to move your registration to another available class scheduled within the same calendar year if you’re unable to attend. If you need to transfer to a different date, please contact our office before your scheduled class. Transfers are subject to availability. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to supporting you on your path to homeownership.
