Down Payment Assistance > Overview

There are two down payment assistance programs for first time home buyers who are purchasing in the City of Lowell: the City of Lowell “Home” Program and the Lowell Development and Financial Corporation Program. The household income determines the program for which a buyer may be eligible.

Additionally, we offer the Town Program, which is a down payment assistance program for home buyers in several towns surrounding Lowell.
